1. Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within:
- 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
A return or exchange request will be accepted if:
- The product is unused and in perfect condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and original packaging are included.
- A valid purchase receipt or order number is provided.
Returns will not be accepted if the product:
- Shows signs of use or damage
- Has missing parts or packaging
- Was damaged due to misuse
3. How to Submit a Request
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for sending the item back.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection of the request.
4. Refund Procedure
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds may take 4–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
5. Exchange Procedure
If you prefer an exchange:
- We will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the original product.
- Price differences (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Products sold under clearance or final sale
- Customized or special-order items
- Products that were damaged after delivery due to misuse
